A platform for learning from the experiences of practitioners, the UK Health Links Conference 2010 will explore good practice in health and development, examine the innovative ways in which Links are addressing the challenges in global health and look at the benefits of linking to UK health professionals.

THET and RSM Joint Conference on Engaging in Global Health – Call for breakout sessions!
THET and the Royal Society of Medicine (RSM) are currently planning a joint conference on Engaging in Global Health.  Timing will likely be end of 2010. While the plenary sessions and debates will focus on some of the big ‘controversies’ on engagement in global health, the breakout session will aim to focus on practical solutions to engaging in public in way that is responsive, sustainable and effective.  We would like to hear from you!  What possible topics would you find useful for the breakout sessions?  Would you like to contribute to a breakout session, or a poster session?  Please send us your thoughts at info@thet.org
