About the Link
The Wales Somaliland Community Link is funded by the Welsh Assembly. The aim of the project is to link Wales with Somaliland. A partnership has been formed with several Somali Organisations based in Cardiff. The aim of the project is to help eradicate poverty under the MDG’s. The project to date has linked with seven schools; we have sent medication for maternal women to eight different regions in Somaliland. We are focusing on four topics Health Education, Youth and Women’s issues.
