THET welcomes the International Health Links Funding Scheme evaluation by Capacity Development International. The IHLFS aimed to strengthen the health services capacity in developing countries by supporting over a hundred health links, each between a UK health institution and a developing country counterpart.
The International Health Links Funding Scheme (IHLFS) was a three year programme supporting Health Links between health institutions in developing countries and the UK.
The successes, challenges, and lessons learnt doing a health partnership project, by Health Links in Uganda, Malawi, & Zambia (July 2012), part of the external evaluation of the International Health Links Funding Scheme.
THET is very pleased to publish these Guidelines as a contribution to the Links movement alongside its main Links Manual and other resource materials, to be found on our website.
This Links Manual is a fundamental resource for a Links movement that has grown markedly and been developed carefully over the last three years.
