Health Check

We hope that this tool will prove useful in developing understanding around the strengths and weaknesses of your partnership whilst providing a platform for future action.

We encourage partnerships to work together to complete the Health Check, implement your Partnership Action Plan and to collaborate to find solutions to challenges.

The Health Check is divided into two parts:

• A self-assessment form which gives you the opportunity to score your partnership against the Principles of Partnership hallmarks, learning about areas in which your partnership is strong, and other areas that may need more attention.
• A Partnership Action Plan, which is designed to help you tackle the principles you may be struggling with and to design actions to strengthen your partnership.

The Health Check’s Four Goals:

• Strengthen your partnership’s approach through improved understanding of strengths and weaknesses
• Improve THET’s support to your partnership
• Encouraging further collaboration within partnerships
• Provide a tool for on-going evaluation and strengthening future grant bids
